June 14th Construction Update

The grading work to widen Cliff Avenue that can be performed without closing the road has been started and will continue in the coming week. The storm sewer pipe for Phase 1 which includes Willow Street east and west of Cliff Avenue has been completed and the storm sewer boxes are well underway. Grading work along Willow Street will continue, the grade will be brought up to finish elevation. After the subgrade is to the correct elevation the geotextile fabric and granular fill will be placed. Following the placement of the granular fill the concrete curb and gutter will be started along Phase 1. The Cliff Avenue and Willow Street intersection will remain open during the grading work along the roadway.

Dirt Work on the West Side of Cliff Avenue - North Facing
